This policy explains how Anthem Drone Tours handles information received through this website, project inquiries, and Facebook or Instagram lead forms. Anthem Drone Tours is based in Central Pennsylvania. Contact Colin Hornbaker at hype@filmanthems.com with privacy questions.
Information you provide
When you contact us or request a quote, we receive the information you choose to submit, such as your name, email address, phone number if provided, company, role, website, project location, production needs, and timing. Please do not include sensitive personal information in an inquiry.
How we use inquiries
We use inquiry information to respond to you, assess the project, prepare a quote, arrange filming, and manage our business communications and client relationship. Submitting a quote request allows us to follow up about that request; it is not a purchase commitment.
Website analytics and service providers
Our website is hosted on Framer and uses its built-in analytics to understand visits and interactions. Hosting, form, and email providers process information needed to deliver these services. Their own privacy policies describe their handling of information. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and services.
Facebook and Instagram forms
If you submit a form within Facebook or Instagram, Meta processes your information under its own privacy policy and makes the submitted details available to Anthem Drone Tours for the inquiry purposes described here. You can manage advertising and privacy preferences in your Meta account.
Retention and your choices
We retain inquiry and project records as needed for business communications, service delivery, recordkeeping, and applicable obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion of information you supplied, or to stop inquiry follow-up, email hype@filmanthems.com. We will review your request and may need to verify it; some records may need to be retained for legal or business obligations.
Other websites and changes
Links to other websites are governed by those websites’ privacy practices. We may update this policy as our services change and will show the revised date here. Contact hype@filmanthems.com with questions about this policy.
